Really disappointed in myself this week. I gained 1 1/2lb!
Feel a bit crap about it to be honest but there is only me to blame so I need to sort my head out and get a shift on. I have upped my exercise in a hope that it will just get me more motivated but the biggest problem I have is the fact I'm not counting my points.
I'm going to sit tonight and read through all the new stuff and just try and make the effort every day to point things.
Today has been manic and I now need to sit and work out how many points I have eaten, not many I don't think as I've been so busy, another problem of mine.
So I hope I can get into the swing of things, fingers crossed!
