Day 2

Well I'm back on track and after going over on Syns yesterday I've managed to grab them back today plus some, so all is good.

I'm writing everything down that passes my lips, no cheating myself at all, and to make things much clearer I'm doing as Stephanie does and highlighting my food diary so I clearly see my Free food, Healthy extras and Syns. Very good idea and it's so in your face.

Must start drinking more, when I exercise I drink loads of water but on a normal day I only ever drink tea or juice. Will start filling my drinks bottle every morning and hopefully finish it off by the end of the day.

I'm going to book into Tuesday Pilates class as for the past couple of days my back has been quite sore and after shopping today I was knacked! Also will be starting back at Krav on Thursday, I know I'm gonna hurt bad on Friday but it will be worth it.

Both me and my friend have weddings in 15 weeks so we are challenging each other to loose as much as we can in them 15 weeks so that we feel good on the day and not frumpy. I'm only going to the reception but I'm already panicking about what to wear, nightmare.

Anyway hope to stay on track from now on, no more messing, lets get on with it!
