I never blogged my first weigh in, 16st. So I am going to start from there, reset everything so it's my starting weight. Will be weighing in on my own every Friday morning, I have even bought a set of scales!
I'm not quite sure of what plan I'm following. Checking calories on foods and trying to just choose healthy options, the Mandy Plan I guess.
I want this to work!

think a lot of the time its about sensible choices, gonna try blogging food eaten as that seems to really help.
