Maybe it's because most of the time I'm full, not sure. I mean I think about it to plan meals but I don't wake up thinking of food and go to sleep thinking "food, food, food!"
I guess that's a massive thing for me, as long as I keep it up I really can't go wrong.
Had a really tough workout last night, and before the school run I'm off for a walking/jogging/skipping session with my mate. I fear I may be very stiff tomorrow as skipping kills, but it's very good for you.
