I've had such a bad week. So stressful and emotional.
Have found it very hard to stay on track and not go over my points. Have managed to keep to my points BUT i have eaten junk. I really don't know if i will loose or what because of this and i am so not happy with myself about the whole thing.
Weigh in tomorrow and i feel very nervous about it cos i don't want the feeling of letting myself down.
I need to think now that i am going to work towards staying on track and loosing all the way to christmas. Feel free to kick, push or whatever else so that i stay on track and going in the right direction.
