I lost half a pound this week which I am over the moon with it. I've not been very strong or motivated this week but I have still tried to keep control.
Right, this week I'll be getting back into a routine. This may be made easier by the fact that Ray now has to loose weight.
It's always been tough when it's just been me watching what I eat and Ray just eating what he wants, buying whatever food he likes.
I'm back at pilates today too, haven't been in months and am quite looking forward to it. I may even pop in the gym after class and hopefully I can slowly get back into the swing of things and get the weight loss going.
Lets see what the week brings!

Hey, well done on the loss, every loss counts! Do you enjoy pilates? I worry I'm not bendy enough to do that! Think i'd do myself an injury..have a good week x
I love pilates! You do what you can and you do see an improvement each week. I always end up looking like I've just had the best nap ever, lol. So relaxing for me. xox
