Jog On!

Gained ½lb. Not surprised and actually quite pleased that it was such a small gain after what I ate on Saturday night.

I've now got 2lb to loose to get to that 7lb so gonna give it a big push this week. Will be going out for an hours wobble every morning, Monday to Friday, and will get back to Pilates again next week now things have calmed down again.

Am going to plan some meals now, wish me luck! Or share your favourite meal with me.

I just wanted to let you know I have nominated you for a Beautiful Blogger Award, and wish you lots of luck in this new year.

One of my favourite recipes is rice and tuna, cause it's so quick and easy and you can do it in just one saucepan (less dishes!!):

2 tins tomato chunks in tomato juice
1 tin tuna
100 gr rice
small glass white wine and about the same amount of water
oregano, salt, pepper

Just put all the ingredients in the saucepan, cover and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes (just make sure it doesn't stick).

You can make it fancier by adding onions or using fresh fish too.
