So I'm going to make myself an omelet, which I should of done this morning really. For supper I'm having jacket potato with beans and a chopped up sausage and slice of bacon, maybe a cheese slice melted on top.
Snacks will be fruit and carrot sticks and for bedtime if I'm hungry I'll have a bowl of oats so simple to use up my milk and my healthy extra b.
I must admit that last week was hard going, by Thursday I felt ill and had a really bad headache, lack of chocolate and sugar I think. Now I have to just work hard to keep at it if I want to do my mini goal of 2.5lb loss on Wednesday, I'd be so chuffed with half a stone gone :O)
Last night we had Shepard's pie with loads of chunky veg, was delish and very filling. Tomorrow I'm going to do Bangers and mash to use up the rest of the veg.
Can you tell that I love my comfort foods? I am being really good though and using no oil when frying meat and for mince I am draining all excess oil off and then rinsing with boiled water, which makes it free.
We were shown some Tesco beef burgers that are 5 syns per pack, 4 burgers in a pack! I'm going to buy some, I wouldn't normally buy burgers but I thought they would be nice if I make cheese and bacon burger and the make potato wedges using 1 cal, serving with salad. All free if I use my healthy extras a and b for the bun and cheese.
Right, no more slip ups!
