I feel so ill today and think it may be due to something i've eaten since my weigh in on Tuesday.
I have eaten like a pig at times and i just feel like i could be sick all the time.
I'm off to Pilates soon and then we're off swimming with the kids so i hope i feel a little better afterwards and i can get back on track with my eating.
So as you can tell kickstart never actually got kickstarted but like i said i'm going to have to do something to stop me feeling ill. Plenty of fluids and light meals.
