I may gain this week.
I know I ate loads over the weekend with it being my birthday and mothers, day but I was hoping that I could do extra exercise so that I keep any gain to a minimum, but I went jogging yesterday and my shins are extremely sore. I need to just take it easy but I'm hoping I can still use the cross trainer and I'm off to pilates soon.
Have started to notice that I have much more energy and I my portion sizes gave shrank, which is great. Need to measure myself and see if I've lost anymore inches.
So I have today and tomorrow to pull back as many points as I can.

Hi Mandy, Happy belated birthday :0) Sounds like you had a gr8 B-day and mothers day. Your gifts and Bear look great. Don't worry if you do gain you enjoyed yourself it is only one week and you will have it off in no time. Plus you never know you may have lost!! Chanel xx
