Right I went out for a jog last night and really found it hard so I decided that I would go out again this morning and time myself.
I did 2 miles by jogging for 2 minutes, walking 2 minutes, jogging 2 minutes and so on and it took me 30 minutes!!!!
This is really slow but I am going to do that once a week to see how much I can cut the time down each week.
To be honest, I'm feeling like I'm running with lead in my pockets, maybe it's normal to find it hard after a while and I'll just have to work through it.
I've also decided that I'm going to join the gym. I pay £14 per month for my Pilates classes and for £21 per month I can get gym membership with unlimited swims, sauna use and one exercise class per week, so for the extra £7 I'd be silly not to join!
I'm quite looking forward to it :O)
