I gained 1lb! Not really surprised though as I have really let things go to pot this past week. I think the main problem was tracking, or lack of it anyway and then on top of that the fact that when I am trying hard and tracking I just keep staying the same!
Well it looks like I'm going to have to drop my points again to get a decent loss next week.
I do feel like I have really let myself down this week and I just don't know why I allow myself to do it. Right, hand slapped and ready for a new week. Off jogging in an hour so I aim to push myself as much as possible.

Sorry that you had a gain. I've not dared get on the scales this week she types while eating a huge slice of banoffee cheesecake. It was calling my name in the shop honestly!!! x
