I didn't get to weigh in last week, had a meeting to attend, but I forgot to get weighed at home so don't have a clue what happened with my weight. I've not been too bad, but also haven't been great, so the food diary is coming back out today and I will get the weight shifting.
Plans have changed with the wedding challenge, we're no longer going as our friends from Spain are coming to stay with us. I'm not going to give in though so I still plan on loosing as much as possible for them coming, I want them to notice my loss.
I've got little Molly staying with me this week, she came last night cos I had to take her to the vets this morning with her sore eye, she has conjunctivitis. Anyway she'll stay with me until the weekend when my dad is home as my mam can't manage to get the drops in her eyes. At the moments she's having a little nap but I plan on walking her legs off before I collect the twins from school, a good hours walk should do her right, and if I can keep it up all week it should help me shift some weight and tone up a little.
Food this week is going to be a little more planned. Tonight we're having pasta in tomato sauce with Bowyers sausage. Tomorrow is fajitas, scrummy yummy, Wednesday we're having a chicken dinner, Thursday chicken friend rice and Friday chicken chow mein.
I never plan weekends and that's fine as long as I don't have rubbish in the cupboards!
