So today I've eaten:
Breakfast
Banana
Plums x2
Lunch
Packet tomato pasta
Tea
A side plate of mince, mash and a small dumpling (4 syns)
Snack
Mini twister x2 (5 syns)
Options (2 syns) which I haven't had yet but will have once I'm in my pj's and watching tv for the evening.
I really need to start having better breakfast, and use my healthy extras!
So I'm not going to Krav, Pilates or out jogging at the moment for a few different reasons but I need to be doing some form of exercise. I do a lot of skipping in Krav class so I've been looking at a few skipping routines today and after I collected the twins from school, and the sun had moved a little from the back garden, me and Abi went out and did some skipping, hope I can keep it up and maybe do it every day as if I can build it up I can burn off up to 1000 calories and hour. If I could skip for 1 hour I'd be well happy!
Hope you've all been able to enjoy the sunshine, still lush here, 22°C in the shade, I could so get used to this like and I'm not one for sitting in the sun, I'm a redhead and burn! but it's nice to be warm for once.
Right off for a bath.
