Starting tomorrow I will share with you what I eat and hopefully get right on track, you can slap my hand when I eat naughty things.
I know I'm going to struggle for the next couple of weeks because basically we're skint, so you may notice that I probably don't eat enough some days or eat the same thing a lot, mainly rice and chicken.

If not every day, periodically sharing what I actually eat gives me that little push to be on my best behavior, lol. I think it's a great step towards accountability ;o).
