Picnic And Porkpies

What is it with picnics, I always end up eating the "bad" stuff and leaving the healthy food, grr. This could cost me when I step onto the scales on Wednesday!

Line drawn and new start tomorrow. Will try and eat as few syns as possible from now and weigh in as I wanted a 2½lb week, but I don't think I've been good enough.

My back is really starting to ache more each day. I really need to rest it a little, so am hoping for an easier week, but I also need to up my skipping and find a pilates class. I'm so pants at times when it comes to sorting stuff out, no get up and go in me.

Let's see how I manage tomorrow, will try and get on to tell you what I've eaten, either way I will be writing my food down and being good!

I know what you mean. I have a problem with weekends. We live on the beach so friends always come by for sun and cookouts. So we eat cheeseburgers & hotdogs on the grill and I hate it. I just cannot resist. I even had beach fries this weekend too. The rest of the week Im really sticking to salads, fruits, and veggies.

lol you wuold think we would know better than to take all the bad stuff by now eh? I have a picnic coming up on sunday and I know I'll end up taking junk and leaving the carrot sticks!
