Goals!

I need some short term and long term goals so that I can actually feel like I'm achieving something on this long journey.

So my first goal is to get back to my 1st stone lost, I got it then gained. 2lb to loose to get that one.

Next goal is to get into the 14's, this will be a huge achievement for me, I remember when I was 14 years old I weighed 14 stone, and then I've been there twice after that. This will feel good.

Club 10 target is next, 14st 10.5lb.

2 stone award, 14st 3.5lb.

OMG this is the "will I ever get there" goal. 13 stone! When I get to this point I will know I can do it, I will have real faith in myself and I will know I can get to my final target :O)

Some good goals there hun! 2lbs is nothing that will be gone in a flash!
