I took sleeping tablets last night, was asleep by 22:30 and I woke up at 11:15, wow, but I needed it, so that's why I had no breakfast today.

sounds like your getting there BUT you need to eat more hun!

Meatballs are from Asda, they are in the same isle as packet pastas. They are a local produce to us so you may not be able to get them in your store, I'll pm you.
I was so not hungry yesterday, think it was because I was hot. Must eat more! On it :O)
Blogging my food is helping especially if you lovely ladies keep commenting, sometimes it's hard to see where you go wrong. xox
