Yesterdays Food
Breakfast
2x Alpen light bars - Healthy Extra B
Lunch
Half a pack of packet rice
2x slices of bacon
Tea
Mash potato, with butter - 2 syns
Bacon
Snacks
Mikado sticks - 3 syns
Not been very good with the fruit, so must eat more.
