
So on Tuesday i finally after wanting to for years made it to a pilates class. I loved it!!
The instructor was fab and talked me though everything before we kicked off and she even picked up on my back problem straight away.
Can't wait for next week to come round.
I have my "homework" too. It's so true about how good exercise can make you feel so i've been swimming again with the kids tonight and managed my 20 lengths BUT then we all went for fish and chips! Owch.
I have been so busy today rushing about after everybody and only just managed to grab some cereal this morning so by the time we came out of swimming i was so hungry.
Hoping i can save myself though and aiming for a 1lb loss this week. They were really nice though ;o)
