Weigh~in!


Well another 1.5lb down and i can't believe it.

I went 6 points over on Sunday and i have eaten things i shouldn't of during the week so it came as a shock when i stepped onto the scales and it showed a loss.
I think the fact that I'm swimming 500m a week really has helped me and pilates i feel is giving me the confidence i lacked beforehand.

Feel like I'm really back on track and i can get loosing. It's nice to be under 16st and know that i can stay under if I want to. I can see 14st in my sights and i want to run for it but am just gonna take it in small steps.
Me and my buddy Sandra are aiming for a silver 7 on every row on our cards which means 7lb every six weeks. Small manageable steps that hopefully will help me loose and keep off my weight.

Feeling really confident tonight ladies so here's to a great week ahead!!!!
