I'm feeling really fed up at the moment, this really makes day to day things hard for me. I'm really working hard on keeping the exercise up, went jogging this morning and have been to Pilates too, but I just can't keep on track with food, and it's not that I'm scoffing my face, I just can't be bothered. Hope my mood picks up quick.
Back at weigh in on Thursday no matter what. If somebody says they have something planned then they can cancel, not me!
My mum and dad bought me a Wii fit for Easter so I think I'll have a bit play with it today.
