Never got to weigh in again, other things happened. Trying hard to stay on track though but I have found it quite hard with both the eating and exercise this week.
Kids are on holiday and I do seem to easily slip out of my routine far to quickly! Something I need to work on.
So my plans are that I will go jogging tomorrow, I would of gone out this morning but I did a Krav class last night and I'm seriously sore. I will go to the gym on Tuesday after Pilates and work on all the cardio machines but no weights, and I will do my two Krav classes also.
My jogging is coming on very well, still hard work but I'm getting better, will be out Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday so hopefully I will be back on track as far as my exercise is concerned.
I must count my points, starting to let this slip which is the worst thing I can do. Right, kick up butt needed, Stern talk given. Heres to a good week!
