I lost 2.5lb this week which I am really please with. I started to get a bit down because I am behind on my holiday goal of 27lb in 27 weeks by, now 4.5lb, BUT I measured myself this morning and I have now lost a grand total of:
2 1/4 inches off my bust :O(
1 3/4 inches off my waist
1 3/4 inches off my hips
1 1/2 inches off my arms
2 inches off my thighs
1/4 of an inch off my calf
I am extremely happy with this, and I now am seeing all the hard work I'm putting in with the exercise paying off. I have lost 7lb since I started exercising and all these inches :O)

Well done! I wish I had your courage to exercise... but apparently that's just beyond my capabilities :D
