I had my second induction at the gym this morning so I didn't get to weigh in, still being good though and hopefully I'll have a good loss next week.
I went out jogging yesterday and did 2.63 miles in 37 minutes!!! I knew I had gone slow the other day and this just proves it, no more taking time off for me cos it makes things harder, huh.
So I did some weights today and some cardio too, had a nice workout and I'm at Krav tonight and I hope we do something to push ourselves.
Noticed this morning that I have a hole in my trainers, have no idea how so I'm gonna take them back next week. V strange.
