I lost a grand total of.........

half a pound!!! Well it's a loss isn't it!

Just shows how poorly I have done over the past 3 weeks really, but without the exercise it would of been a gain.
So tracker will be back out, I never seem to be able to keep using it and I've tried writing what I eat down and using the online tracker, I must get cracking really.

Holiday goal, huh, 4.5lb behind now but want to be back on track within the next two/three weeks. 13 weeks left now and I'm starting to get really, really excited for going away now, woo hoo!

Well I've been using the wii fit and it's very good. The muscle workouts are fab and the aerobics are funny, we have had a giggle and worked up a sweat, so another thing to help me tone up, get fit and loose weight. Good days :O)


I'm finding that I'm getting stuck in a rut with the things I'm eating again so my task for this week is to find some new meals. The turkey and apple burgers in the new ww book look lovely but I'm not a great burger lover, may give them a whirl though.
