Weigh~in in the morning, hoping for a loss no matter how small BUT if I stay the same again I won't be gutted as I was last week BECAUSE...... after been out walking/jogging I said that I would measure myself in the morning but I couldn't wait and did it tonight.
I have in just over two weeks lost 1 inch from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, 1 inch from my upper thighs and half an inch from the top of my arms!
How happy am I :O)
I can see and feel the benefits of all the exercise I am doing and for now I am happy with that and am not worrying about the weigh loss, as long as I'm not putting it on. A loss on the scales in the morning will be a bonus.
