STS again this week, which is better than a gain but I thought I would of passed at least 1lb. To make me feel even worse, as I stood on the scales my leader said to me "You need to exercise more!" I swear to god I could of screamed!!!
So after being told last week not to eat my bonus points, I've now been told to drop my points from 24 to 21! I may as well just eat grass!
Gutted! Not much more to say really. Advice welcome, I need to loose as I'm now behind by 1lb on my holiday goal :O(

Hi Mandy, a sts is better then a gain. Your leader does not sound very supportive. I wonder why she suggests dropping your points & for how long??
I would suggest that you go back to basics, track everything you eat, weigh food, drink 1.5/2 litres a day and carry on doing the exercise that you already do.
Stick with it Mandy you know it works our bodies are funny things sometimes. I'm sure you will have a great loss next week :0)

Sorry hun I don't have any advice for you. Can't see how you are going to exercise any more than you already are!! Have you tried eating a little and often as that is supposed to work and I was told that if you put chilli flakes in as much as you can it speeds up your metabolism - not sure if this is true or not.

Your leader sounds like she needs to develop her people skills! She's not being very helpful.
I think by dropping from 24 to 21 you'd be doing a sort of "quick start", which apparently can help break a plateau.
I think Caneluk is right in that you should go back to basics and make sure you haven't started underestimating portion sizes or "forgetting" to point small things here and there.
Are you measuring yourself? Last week I gained .4lbs but lost 7.5 inches overall! It could just be your body taking a break and adjusting to your new weight...
