
It's so cold this morning, -1 when I left the house to take the twins to school. So I wrapped up well and went for my jog/walk.
Took a few photos on my phone while I was out to show you where I go, it's a lovely place.
Found myself laid in bed at 2:30am talking myself out of going, but I went and wasn't cold for long. I managed to do a little more jogging this time, I'm so unfit and I seem to go so slow., but I keep telling myself that at least I'm going out and doing something and it's making me feel good.
I did 2.8 miles in 45 minutes, which I think was quite slow for me and I
could of pushed myself a lot more. I am going back out on Wednesday so will make sure I work myself a little harder, but then I am going out with somebody else so it's easier to push yourself harder.My new trainers are holding up well, my foot felt a little sore this morning but nothing like it would of been if I was wearing my 9 year old trainers, lol.
Got weigh in tomorrow, feel quiet nervous as I sts last week and am so desperate to s
tay on track and have a loss.Again I have not been counting my points so if I fail this week it's my own fault but I need to get back into counting again. I find it very hard to keep it up, maybe it will all click into place one day, fingers crossed.
Haven't decided if I'm going to do Krav tonight, will see how I feel after Rainbows. Hopefully I will do it and then I have Pilates tomorrow morning.
Fingers crossed for me this week and a kick up the bum needed!

What beautiful scenery! I wish I wasn't stuck in the middle of the city... it's very uninspiring, lol!
