Well after months of saying that I was going to sort the upstairs in the garage up so that I can put my cross trainer up, I finally did it.
Now I remember why I let the thing get buried in the first place!
When I first got it I was doing seven minutes every day on it, but it was boring. I dragged it out today and did 10 minutes, it's still boring, and hard work. But I will keep at it as I want to be fit and at least this means that if I can't get out to exercise I'll just be able to pop into the garage and hop on the cross trainer.
I had to position the cross trainer so that when my body goes up my head goes between the beams and not into them, lol.
So I really must be motivated to be going on the boring cross trainer in my dusty, cobweb covered, mice poo covered garage!
