Hard work!!!

I swear, I have never sweat so much in my whole life as what I did on Thursday night at Krav! Dripping I was, lol. I even skinned my knuckle punching for my life.

Well I discovered that I can't duck walk as I have poor balance and my fat backside pulls me over, ha ha. But I'll work at it and see how I get on. I do feel much better in myself for all this exercise and I have started to feel my body changing, even Ray has said I'm looking more toned from it all.

So this week I went out jogging/walking on Wednesday. Krav Thursday plus did 30 minutes skipping, running and playing with Abi and power Walking today. I will go out jogging/walking on Monday morning, even if I have to go out on my own as two out of my three jogging buddies just seem to of disappeared off the face of the earth!
I missed pilates on Tuesday due to the snow but am looking forward to going this week, am interested to find out if all this walking/jogging and krav is helping improve the strength in my legs as I do find the floor work quite a challenge.

I managed to get my new trainers on Tuesday, went to Up + Running where I was fitted with the perfect trainers and I have to say that I have not been in any pain at all whilst out walking or jogging which is great news. So it just goes to show that the correct trainers can make all the difference.

As far as eating is going, I'm doing much better this week, although I have had a couple of weak moments and had some chocolate, but it is TOTM and it's very rare that I have a bad one, which this one is. I still went out this morning even though I was in pain!
Tomorrow is a hard day for me as far as eating is concerned as we go to my parents, I will be strong though and fill myself up on veg.

Keeping EVERYTHING crossed for a good loss this week! Hope you're doing well too.

Hi Mandy, Your new trainers look good. I also brought a new pair this week as my old ones were not comfortable or supportive. I wore them for the first time at body attack on Thursday and omg the difference, so much more comfortable. I'm sure you will have a gr8 loss this week.
