15 minutes of hell and Race for life

Ok, so far so good. Back on track today, just hope I haven't done too much damage!!!

Went power walking today, but before we set off we were told that we would be doing '15 minutes of hell' in a Taekwondo class. Hell it was, but I did it and feel better for it, even though my legs are killing me!

Also I have signed up to do a Race for life in July! Oh my, I need to start running!!!
I know I can walk it and that I walk at average speed (4 miles per hour) so I just need to get jogging.
My friend Joanne has signed up with me and we're going to aim to get out once a week together to train. Another mate has messaged me to say that she is also doing it and would I go out with her, so that may be twice a week that I'm going out, along with my usual Saturday walk, now jog!

Hopefully this will keep me 100% focused and keep me on track for my weightloss :O)

So come on, visit my page here and sponsor me. I will be running in memory of my nan and sister in law, Hazel, who died age 24 of breast cancer, leaving behind 2 sons.
