Poo sticks!

Things are going belly up again, willpower has left the room and lazyness has kicked in.

When things get busy and I'm running after everybody, my diet is the first thing that goes out the window. I don't know how to control it :O(
It's not to bad if I'm months into it cos it takes longer for me to loose it but I've only been back on track for a couple of weeks and then the last two days have just been terrible, which was made worse by the fact I had no internet so I couldn't get online!

So I recon that I may have a gain on my hands on Tuesday. I aim to be back on track and counting tomorrow so maybe if I pull a few points back and get some extra exercise in I might just save myself. Think I need to get a photo put up in the kitchen to stop me eating!!!!

I will sign in tomorrow to make sure that I'm counting my points which I'm dropping by two again.

Sorry to hear things are so hectic :(
I know when I was going through mayhem at work last year there was no way I could have been focussed enough to lose weight.

I does take time and a calm mind to stick to the plan. I hope you can get rid of some of the stress and create a less busy schedule for yourself so you can get back on track! Don't give up now, you deserve better!!

Hey mandy - sounds like we're ahving a similar week!!! nothing quite like everythign but us an dour diets coming first!!

It's bloomin hard to get out of the lazy mood - especially when it's not nice and sunny just yet.

I've decided that I might try and cook all my meals for the week over this weekend to help - though I guess you'd need to find time at the weekend to do that (doh!).

Fingers crossed for tuesday.. you may well be surprised!
