Weigh~in

Well I only lost 0.5lb this week, BUT it's still a loss so I'm happy with that. I have been a bit silly this week with my points, under eaten and then not used them well, so I didn't expect a big loss, if I lost at all even.
Mind I have found my willpower as I was able to say no to fruit gums!

Still on track for my 27lb's in 27 weeks so that's good news too, and with all this freezing weather I'm looking forward to Barcelona even more than ever!

So I'm going to stay on track and make sure I count my points. Will also try and plan some evening meals this week and see how that goes.

Any loss is a good loss! Well done.
I always plan my meals for the week ahead and I never eat different meals from the rest of the family. They just get bigger portions of the worse bits. I tend to use weight watchers recipes for most of our meals, even when I am not trying to loose weight and the kids love them.
