Well after I joined in Saturday Taekwondo for the 15 minutes of hell workout, I was invited back again after Taekwondo class, which my step son takes part in, to do 'hell' again and ended up staying for the Krav Maga class.
Krav Maga is is the official close quater combat of Israel's Armed Forces, it's also used by many SWAT, Law Enforcement and Military units worldwide.
It's very full on but I came away feeling that if I was ever attacked, I could do a good job defending myself.
So lets see how my legs feel in the morning! I have Pilates class at 11-30am so it's going to be a hardcore week as far as exercise goes.
I'm glad I have really got into Pilates before starting to do any other form of exercise as I would of just given up if I'd done too much too fast.
I know I won't give up on Pilates, and I won't give up Krav, as I won't be allowed to :O) I just have to hope that I don't hate the jogging! But I guess if I take it one week at a time I'll be fine and I will have the fact that people have sponsored me to keep me going.
I really hope that I start to notice a difference with my weight loss with me exercising more and I am going to start measuring my body once every 4 weeks to see how my body is changing.
Feeling very positive right now, and I know that the extra exercise has a lot to do with that :O)
