Think today is the day that everything has hit me like a ton of bricks. Feel extremely run down and got quite stressed when I had my blood taken.
I'm in bed already, maybe I'm getting a cold which isn't a good thing to have when you are dieting as all I want to eat is comfort food. I will not give in to temptation!!!!
So keep your fingers crossed for me :O)
