Day number one........

of being back on the wagon!

Dear Lord,
So far today, I'm doing all right.
I have not gossiped, lost my temper,
been greedy, grumpy, nasty,
selfish or self-indulgent.
I have not whined, complained,
cursed or eaten any chocolate.
I have charged nothing on my credit card.

But I will be getting out of bed in a minute,
and i think I will really need your help then.

I had to rush straight out first thing so I only managed a cuppa and a tangerine but at least I had something and to be perfectly honest I don't think it will harm me to do without at the moment.

Mondays for me are manic and I do find them quite difficult when it comes to eating. On a normal Monday I would eat nothing until I feed the tribe with is 4pm and then I would eat again at 7-30pm. That's just no good anymore!!

So today I will make sure that I eat lunch as I will not be in until 8pm and I don't want to end up feeling so hungry that I pig out.
For lunch I am going to have a ww tagliatelle and for supper I will make chicken savory rice.
I am going to have a cuppa soup before I leave for Rainbows with Abi tonight as with it being our first meeting back we are having games and snacks, if I don't have a snack before I go I will end up eating snacks with them which are hula hoops, jelly babies and chocolate buttons!

If I can get through today without failing I will be a very, very happy bunny. So feel free to kick my fat arse at any time cos I so want to get rid of 27lb by 15 July :O)
