Had a really stressful day today but I'm managing to keep on track, which is great as recently I would of given in by now and just stuffed my face :O)
I went out for a jog this morning which went well, wasn't in pain but my knee did feel uncomfortable still. I guess it'll take a week or so to get back to normal so I'm not gonna push it with the squats.
Well lets hope I continue like this now :O)

Well done for staying on track, even with your silly knee! Take it easy and don't start those squats too soon.
