to report really, got weigh in tomorrow morning. Haven't done as well as I could of really but we'll see how it goes.
Just been for a jog, really pushed myself and only managed to knock 2 seconds off my time! Well I'll put that down to my knee, just to make me feel better :O) But it was a good workout anyway.
