Right so last night I did my initial tests for the challenges I've decided to join in with then went jogging. Getting back into the swing of it now and still enjoying it.
Been for a jog today too before I collected Abi from school, I help the kids get ready for Taekwondo on a Monday at the school and they were asking me if I'm trying to get fit :O) they are great kids and all looked very smart in their new uniforms in lesson. They think I'm special cos I can fasten their belts, bless.
Anyway I jogged a full mile without stopping which I have never tried to do before so was a great achievement, 3 months ago I couldn't even jog 100 steps!
Right, day one of the challenges completed, not too bad so just waiting for the sore days to start, will be sure to let you know when they do.
I did 108 squats ~ 45 press ups ~ 38 sit ups! Go me :O)
Right off for a bath before Rainbows.
