So first is the squats, I managed 60 squats before I gave in which is excellent. I do a lot of squats at Krav which helps.
Push ups, I managed 15 which puts me rank 3, but I do my push ups on my knees, hopefully one day I will be strong enough to do a full press up.
And Situps, I managed 12 which is poor! I always struggle with these and can do more if done in sets but I want to work this area the most.
Right so hopefully I will start tomorrow and it will be very interesting to see if I loose or gain inches from doing this. Wonder if my legs enjoy jogging after 60 squats!

Sounds like a good challenge, good luck!!! I have an LBT class tomorrow which is full of squats, well done for your push ups I think I can only ever manage about 5 lol. Cxx
oh my god!!! Well done. I hope you don't feel the pain too much tomorrow. My 50 squats on Friday evening are still letting my legs know that they were done, lol! I am going to do the situp challenge after the squat challenge. I've never ever ever been able to do pushups so might give that a go at some point!
Get a loved one to take some measurements, will be good for after the challenge!!!!
