What a lovely day it's been, took the kids to the park, played a little football but mostly laid with Ray, watching the kids play, it was lovely.
Anyway we went to McDonalds which really is a one off for us and I never try and be good or count any points. Soooooo, once we got home and sorted out I put on my joggers and went for a jog in the rain, quite refreshing really and my knee isn't as uncomfortable today. Back out again tomorrow so will burn that naughty mc d's off.
I'm just sat sorting out music for my ipod, am planning on really upping my jogging from this week and I don't very often listen to music as I jog but it may just help me up my pace so I have dug out my clubland discs and adding them to my playlist. I love to jog to Keane but I think I need something a little faster to get me going.
Am still off the squats for now, as soon as I'm not feeling any pulling as I jog I will be back at it. Still going at it with the sit ups and press ups, I really do hate press ups!!!! But I will do it, I have noticed I'm getting quite competitive! Think that has come from jogging with competitive people, which isn't a bad thing at all :O)
So lets hope we get some decent weather cos even though it's quite refreshing to jog in the rain, I don't think I'd be up for doing it too often!
