
Right, after messing about for two weeks I have gained 2lb. I thought I'd of gained more but am not happy with myself at all.
I'm now 9.5lb behind on my holiday goal with is gutting really when I think that all I had to do was loose 1lb a week! Bloody hell, I really do let myself down at times.
I'm going to drop my points by 2 per day because I've pulled the ligaments in my knee and can't exercise very much at all. As I won't be spending time exercising I'm going to try and put all that energy into cooking and planning my meals, basically going back to basics and trying to get back into the flow of things.
I must say that I am really missing the exercise and that I've been so tired the past two days, I even have ended up napping! Feeling zapped! It could be due to the fact that my mood is still all over the place but hopefully I'll be back at it next week.
Oh I hope I can do this. I CAN do this!!!

You can do it Mandy, you have 8 weeks before you go so you can still reach your holiday goal, good luck and the cooking things sounds like a great idea, Chanel xx
